- Note: Canadian passport holders, as well as permanent residents and Canadian travel documents holders, do not need a visa to the Bahamas.
Signed passport valid for 6 months. - Two (2) passport size photo (5x5 cm). (Photo facility is available on-site - TORONTO, OTTAWA, MARKHAM & VANCOUVER). Please note that photos from photo booth or home-shot photos are not acceptable.
- Proof of status. ORIGINAL evidence of your legal status in Canada (ORIGINAL of Permanent Resident Card, study permit, work permit, refugee/protected person status document).
- Flight and hotel reservation print out. You may get one here: https://www.flightbookingforvisa.com
- Letter from Employer/College. A letter from your employer/school (on business letterhead, with contact details), stating that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job/study after trip to The Bahamas. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.
- Recent bank statement as proof of sufficient funds to finance the visit.

Bahamas Business Visa Requirements (additionally to the requirements above)
- Business Letter. Letter from company in Canada explaining the purpose of the trip, companies to be visited and guaranteeing sufficient funds.
- Business Letter. An ORIGINAL invitation letter from the company to be visited.
